For your camp cooking enjoyment, we are happy to offer you a selection of vintage recipes. From side dishes to desserts, we are sure you will find a recipe or two that you will want to try, something interesting to share with family and friends. So, take a break and have fun in your camp kitchen at your next event!

MARK "Rolling Thunder" HATFIELD   

 Crumb Apple Cake 2 cups of flour 2 eggs ½ cup of sugar 2 large tart apples, sliced ½ teaspoon of salt 2/3 cup of brown sugar 1 package of yeast ½ cup of flour ½ cup of milk 1 tablespoon of cinnamon ½ cup of butter 6 teaspoons of butter In a bowl mix 1 cup of flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Add qrmed milk and mix well. Add butter, eggs and the other 1 cup of flour and mix well. Pour batter into greased pan, and place sliced apples on top of batter. Combine brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter in a separate bowl. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle this crumbly mix over apples and set pan aside in a warm place for 1 hour.
