One of the more memorable moments in American History was the ride that Paul Revere made and the two lanterns that swung from the Old North Tower on the night of April 18,1775.

The picture on the left shows one of those original lanterns in a display today by "The Antiquarian Society" in Concord Massachusetts. 

I like the other items shown, is that a large powder horn - WOW.
